Last Sunday I headed over to Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield to check out the new(ish) Lego shop.
While sidestepping bored parents and elbowing kids out the way I managed to get myself three new minifigs, a set of modern day police minifigs and a new spring scene.
Its a great shop. At one end is a wall covered in big round hollow circles, each filled with different coloured bricks. In case you’re missing that vital piece from a set this is the place to come.
It’s fair to say I enjoyed myself immensely building minifigs in the center of the shop (even if the kids did get in my way).
The shop was packed full of shoppers. I am so pleased that Lego is finding a new revival in such a computerised world. Just goes to show all the best toys last forever.
Anyway, I thought some Lego photography was well overdue so here are some more mini fig photos that I’ve been experimenting with – this time, in the garden.

That’s just a little taster, hope you like them. more can be found over in the normal folders just here.
By the way don’t forget to check out Foolish Lego – who is snapping and posting a minifig photo every single day in 2013. My favorite by far (at the moment) just has to be the Day 63. It’s brilliant!
Yes Sophie I do like them and I can see that you still have your heart of child. Just like me!
Ace – those pics are great!
Thank you very much.
